Joy is...

Different for all of us!

And it can also shift slightly throughout our lives depending on what is most important to us at the time.

Today for me, joy is:

• celebrating another incredible trip around the sun (my 37th birthday!) with loved ones
• biting into a freshly-baked brownie with extra chocolate chips that my husband made just for me
• knowing (and finally believing) that now and always, I am enough
